    sbuild::chroot_config: Remove namespace from alias
    
    Don't canonicalise the alias name, and strip namespace
    if present.  This prevents the loss of the alias name
    for the "selected chroot name" and ensures that is will
    be set correctly in the user environment as
    SCHROOT_ALIAS_NAME.
