[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#686509: sbuild: Wrong path in arch independant changes file

Dear Maintainer,

After #674669, I saw a mistake in “get_changes()” introduced by 1e88a1b
which make it unusable with “--debbuildopt=-A”.

Following is a pull request to fix it based on debian/sbuild-0.63.2-1.
