Dear Maintainers,

I would like to be able to tell sbuild-createchroot to use
qemu-debootstrap instead of debootstrap so that, for
example, I can easily create armhf chroots on my amd64 host
system.

I've added support for the --use-qemu-debootstrap argument
in my patch. Let me know if the patch can interest you and/
or if you'd like me to modify it.
