[buildd-tools-devel] Fail to create the dummy package

Hello,

In my work with the buildd using clang, during the build process, I am
now experiencing the error in the buildd:
Check arch

Merged Build-Depends: build-essential, fakeroot
Filtered Build-Depends: build-essential, fakeroot
dpkg-deb: error: failed to open package info file
`«BUILDDIR»/resolver-DTVJyb/sbuild-build-depe

Dummy package creation failed

does it ring a bell ?
