[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#713033: sbuild: reference to sbuild-adduser(8) and sbuild-createchroot(8) still is (1)

It seems sbuild-adduser(8) and sbuild-createchroot(8) were
sbuild-adduser(1) and sbuild-createchroot(1) in 2008 and moved to
section 8 in 2010. (AS I checked changelog)

If this is the right place for them ... I think we need to fix its
references.  I mean in man/ directory in the source:
