[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#757175: sbuild: ability to build arch:all + source only

Thanks for maintaining sbuild!

With the current status of source-only uploads, it still requires uploading
packages which are arch:all.

  sbuild -A

Also builds arch:any (or specified architectures).

  sbuild -A --debbuildopts=-A

Builds only the arch:all packages, but doesn't include the source in the
generated .changes file.

I can build the source package with dpkg-source/debuild manually, then build 
the arch:all packages with sbuild, and then use "mergechanges", but this seems
like more steps than needed.
