[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#679574: it mangles -0 away

I just encountered a less severe symptom of this bug: produced build logs
lack the -0 :

sbuild pyca_20031119-0
Logs created:
pyca_20031119_amd64-20140828-1714.build
pyca_20031119_amd64.build -> /tmp/pyca_20031119_amd64-20140828-1714.build

So it looks like something in sbuild mangles the -0 away, making further
processing fail.
