[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#783335: sbuild: [PATCH] If Build-Depends can't be parsed, I now error loudly

Hi. Before this patch it was possible for sbuild to continue after
mis-parsed Build-Depends. This would result in mysterious failures later
on. This patch checks for the error and barfs.

The patch is in my git branch of sbuild that contains other changes as well:
