[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#655215: sbuild: Do not do run "fakeroot ./debian/rules clean" before building source

At a minimum, this problem should be better documented.

As it is a sbuild can fail because the local computer
(not the chroot) lacks the dependancies to do the clean.

The user naturally expects all dependancy problems to be
in "Build-Depends". Thats why we have sbuild isn't it?

It is disconcerting to find out that this is not the case.
