[buildd-tools-devel] fixing seven sbuild bugs from the Debian bts

Hi,

the sbuild package has a number of really easy to fix bug out of which there
are even some with a patch.

I have a branch of sbuild here:

which fixes seven bugs from the bts:

#790868 - sbuild: Please allow sbuild to use a deterministic build path to build packages
#792100 - sbuild-update --keygen fails if /root/.gnupg didn't exist before
#792092 - sbuild: please use httpredir.debian.org instead of ftp.debian.org or ftp.uk.debian.org
#790354 - sbuild: please allow to pass a custom configuration file
#774359 - sbuild: SBUILD_CHROOT_DIR percentage escape has no effect in --pre-build-commands
#774310 - sbuild: libsbuild-perl should demote Depends on "exim4 | mail-transport-agent, schroot" to Recommends
#731940 - buildd.debian.org: consider stderr as well as stdout before timeout

I was working on these because these issues all affect me in my sbuild usage.
Some of them block sbuild being able to be used for reproducible builds
(#790868, #790354) while others block my using of sbuild as part of custom
rebuild projects (#774359) or are just annoying when uploading packages I
maintain (#731940). The rest are just really trivial problems with easy fixes.

Could you please see if you can integrate these commits into the sbuild git or
discuss in the respective bugs why the proposed changes cannot be accepted?
