[buildd-tools-devel] fixing eleven sbuild bugs from the Debian bts

since those fixes currently are blockers for some people and because sbuild
maintainers are in the low-threshold-nmu list, I took the liberty to make a
DELAYED/3 NMU upload of my sbuild branch to experimental.

If you absolutely object to this, please cancel the upload. I chose such a
short delay because of the low-threshold-nmu list and because it's only
experimental.
