[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#833286: sbuild: support percent escape sequences in piuparts_opts (& autopkgtest-opts)

Dear maintainer,

Please support the percent escape sequences %a, %D (see #833285) and
possibly others in the $piuparts_opts (& the upcoming $autopkgtest_opts)
configuration options.  This is useful for selecting a schroot to run
the tests in based on the arch (and distribution) that was built for.
