[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#833552: sbuild: use colour to report success or failure of autopkgtest & piuparts

Dear maintainer,

In its final build summary, sbuild highlights "Lintian: pass" in green
and "Lintian: fail" in red.  This is useful for seeing at a glance
whether there is anything to fix.

The attached patch extends this behaviour to autopkgtest & piuparts.
