Take petsc as an example. debian/control says
Maintainer: Debian Science Maintainers <debian-science-maintainers at lists.alioth.debian.org>
I build using "sbuild -A -s -d unstable".
The .changes file generated by sbuild contains
Maintainer: Drew Parsons <dparsons at debian.org>
instead of using "Debian Science Maintainers" from debian/control.
