[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#843622: sbuild: lintian should always check the source package

Hi,

currently, lintian will not check the source package if only the binary
packages were built. I see no reason why lintian's complaints about the
source package itself should not always be part of the report even if
the source package was not rebuilt. The way things are now, it is easy
to forget running lintian on the source package after running sbuild.
