[Calendarserver-maintainers] calendarserver dependent on attr

attr package should be a dependency probably of python-xattr but since
it isn't and calendarserver cannot seem to operate without it you
should consider making it a dependency.

Without attr one gets the following in error.log:

Thank you for your work on packaging this, it looks like it would be
