i suggest to add info about user_xattr with type of filesystem, because
user_xattr is for ext3 and e.g. xfs has xattr (extended attributes) by 
default - so maybe it's some help for other users ...

just now README.Debian contains only:

Since calendarserver uses extened attributes you must mount the filesystem that
contains the calendars (/var/spool/caldavd by default) with user_xattr.
