I suppose part of the problem is what to do about CalendarServer use of 
of Twisted and the state of Twisted.web2 ?

Are there any official plan from either Apple, the python-twisted-web2 
maintainer, or you how to move forward?

It seems to me that the CalendarServer developers are the only ones 
working on the branch of Twisted containing web2.
