[Calendarserver-maintainers] Bug#751365: add-function-to-inquire-on-credentials is not Python 3 compatible

Hi Rob, and python-kerberos maintainers,

The add-function-to-inquire-on-credentials.patch which I initially added
from https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=744049 is not
Python 3 compatible. So I would recommend against using the patch until
this is fixed.
