Log:
Added phyml. Authors have a really unusual relation to their code. Even if GPLed they do not want to provide tarball and when I gave them the hint, that Debian packaging means that there will be a publicly available tarball, I've got the answer:

In fact, I'm not confortable in having the source code available this way.
I prefer knowing what people do with our code, which version they use,
etc. We'll discuss this with Stephane.

+ A simple, fast, and accurate algorithm to estimate large phylogenies by

+ Stephane Guindon: Thanks for your interest in PhyML. Building a separate
+ Debian package for PhyML is probably a good idea. It would fit perfectly
+ along with already available packages like MOLPHY or fastDNAml.
+ The sources of the latest version are available from
+ http://gforge.lirmm.fr/scm/?group_id=31
+ Note however that we are currently testing this version.
+ .
+ We chose not to put the tarball on our webpage because we'd like
+ to know what the people are doing with the sources (compile the
+ sources on a new architectures,  modify the code for their own
+ research project, etc.)
