[Chinese-developers] Homepage in CVS now

Hi Carlos and Lightning,

I have made an CVS module ``htdocs'' and put the homepage in it.  Now
you can check it out if you want and add materials.

Please modify the pages as you like, just make sure that it is always
valid HTML (http://validator.w3.org/).

Do you think it a good time now to make this project more public (say,
send an invitation to Debian Chinese mailing lists)?
