Hello all,

As previously said in Bug #875213, I'm submitting RM bugs for package 
txtreader here for the following reasons:

* Upstream long dead;
* No upload in the past 6 years;
* Team-maintained (I'm in team) but no one is taking care of it; foka@ has 
shifted his attention and lidaobing@ has retired.
* Pretty low popcon;
* No reverse dependencies;
* Using Qt4, which is due to be removed in the Buster cycle.
