[Cipux-devel] Bug#602918: directory /var/cache/cipux-cat-web needs to be created in postinst

When accessing $server/cipux-cat-web/cat.cgi I get the following error:

Software error:

Can not open /var/cache/cipux-cat-web/cipux-cat-web/c35005245674135cbd101c1409208d01 for writing! at /usr/share/cipux-cat-web/web/cat.cgi line 25

This directory needs to be created with proper attributes at install time.
