[Cipux-devel] Bug#819312: cipux-rpc: Wrong name listed in the package description

Dear Maintainer,

While translating descriptions of cipux-rpc* packages, I noticed that a tool name is incorrect in the second paragraph.
"cipux-cat" should indeed be replaced by "cipux-cat-web".
