a possible name may be 文鼎PL通用宋体CN in simplified chinese or 文鼎PL通用明體TW in traditional chinese. They may not sound very "cool" but I think they can explain the meaning of "uming".
for ukai, 文鼎PL通用楷体CN or 文鼎PL通用楷體TW may do the job.
just my 2 cents. I do hope that there should be a localized name as I'm sure that n00b users who don't know English will blame "Linux" for not being friendly to them for not "supporting" a Chinese font name :( and I don't know Japanese, Korean or Vietnamese, so I don't think I should give suggestions on that.
