[Cloud-packages] Bug#852449: vbox guest additions installation failure

This is interesting as I thought that this was fixed upstream in here:
https://github.com/andsens/bootstrap-vz/issues/130

Looks like this may not be the case.

Anyway I've managed to reproduce it on Stretch host trying to create Jessie
with manifest provided by Olivier.

I'll try to figure out why above fix is not working and fix it but not sure how
fast it will happened.
