[Cloud-packages] Bug#864055: ed25519 are generated

[kuLa]

I just had a look into code of the patch provided it looks good at the 1st
look, it applies cleanly but it's not doing much when comes to build.

I didn't figure it out yet why.

So for now we have RSA,DSA,ED25519 and ECDSA keys on when image build with
bootstrap-vz.
