[Collab-maint-devel] Move existing packages to collab-maint as DD

Dear highly frequented list,

 according to http://wiki.debian.org/AliothPackagingProject, I would
like to (eventually) move some (existing) packages to Alioth using
"collab-maint" (as DD).

Can I "just do it", or is there some more consultation needed before I
actually "svn-inject"?
