zumbi pushed a commit to branch upstream/1.4.x
in repository device-tree-compiler.

commit a4ea2fa9518ff0f4d7f4a08647599a727faac2e0
Author: Anton Staaf <robotboy at chromium.org>
Date:   Fri Sep 9 12:16:30 2011 -0700

    dtc: Support character literals in cell lists

    With this patch the following property assignment:

        property = <0x12345678 'a' '\r' 100>;

    is equivalent to:

        property = <0x12345678 0x00000061 0x0000000D 0x00000064>

    Signed-off-by: Anton Staaf <robotboy at chromium.org>
