[cut-team] openSUSE experimenting with a rolling release

I guess most of us are following LWN, but I report nonetheless for
relevance this article about openSUSE discussions around a rolling
release:

  http://lwn.net/Articles/419025/

(the content is embargoed for some other few days, feel free to ping me
if you need an unembargoed link).

What I find interesting, is that they seem to be going through some of
the very same arguments we have seen in Debian (e.g. "will a rolling
release divert attention away from stable release (too much)?", "will a
rolling release induce extra burden on package maintainers?").

Consider this also as a meta-ping on your feelings about where and when
CUT is going :-)

Cheers.
