Okay, I've updated what I originally posted and put it on the wiki:

Having it happen from here is (I think) a matter of: ftp team makes
the suites, CUT team starts the first snapshot, d-i images are
uploaded, CD/liveCD images are made, snapshot is released, party time.

I think that's ready to be passed on to the ftp team...?
