[cut-team] No snapshot for July

Hi,

Just wanted to let the list know that I'm not going to do a snapshot
this month.  I moved recently, and there was some computer glitch that
prevented my uverse installation (awesome), so I've been without
internet for almost two weeks now and have a week to go until they fit
in my re-install. I could try to move my build system to a coffee shop,
but I don't think they'll appreciate the gigabytes upon gigabytes that
I need to download to do that.

Since it's going to be a while, and I'll have a bunch of builds to do
anyway (that will take a couple days), so I'm just going to skip this
month. Back in August.
