[cut-team] Increasing visibility/officialness of snapshots

Hello Michael,

I use your CUT now more then one year, and its's really a great work.
I can't report one really remarkable issue, whether in installations
or dist-upgrades.
And I thinkl others have the same experience, so there was never a
reason for big traffic on this list.

Please make your project official Debian.
