[cut-team] CUT page not up-to-date

The page http://cut.debian.net/ is not up-to-date.

It does not explain why no new snapshots have been made available since
August 2012.

I have read some of the latest mails sent to the ML and know that it is
(only) paused while Debian Wheezy is prepared, but for others who only
look at that page this creates the impression of a dead project.
