I saw this a while ago on /. I think. Pretty shitty way to treat people
if you ask me. But I think they are just patent trolling. Although I
could see them targeting iPhone/touch/pods, perhaps replacing splash
screens with ad's. Splash screens being somewhat dull anyhow. Some
system that would rotate through splashes across boots/syncs/recharges
etc.
