Btw. it's wise not to overvalue good experiences when using a pseudo-
resp. transition-hybrid-systemd.

E.g. run

$ ls /var/log/dmesg

on your Debian, if you're using systemd. Sure, you always can enable it,
even for a "real" systemd system as I'm using, but the binary journal
blob tends to have impact on other log messages, that by systemd are
obsolet. You need systemd's journal and you will not be able to access
it, if your install ever should break. Even if you should get access to
the binary monster, it's hard to search for culprits that do cause
issues. Instead of e.g. a grep you need to push a key and scroll through
the messages.
