Could we keep UNRELEASED in the changelog until a release is uploaded?
(echo DEBCHANGE_RELEASE_HEURISTIC=changelog >>~/.devscripts)
I thought Anibal had already uploaded 1.2 based on the changelog.

Also, remember to run tagpending if you're not releasing right away
to make it clear what bugs are already dealt with.

I've updated the checklist to mention both these.
