[D-m-team] Reassigning bugs from debian-maintainers to debian-keyring

Dear keyring maintainers,
I've read the procedures for becoming a Debian Maintainer at [0] and found them
outdated (confirmed by KiBi on IRC). They still referred to the removed package
debian-maintainers. Now my question is: shall I reassign all bugs with requests
for inclusion of a key into debian-maintainers or annual pings [1] to
debian-keyring? Or is another procedure to deal with those bugs already in
place. Please note, that due to the wrong pointer in [0] there are quite recent
requests open against debian-maintainers.

Kind regards,
Kai Wasserbäch
