Hello,

The debian-maintainer package has:
  Homepage: http://alioth.debian.org/projects/d-m/
(BTW, is this package completely superseded by debian-keyring?) 


This Alioth page doesn't seems to be the actual project homepage and it
doesn't seems to provide any useful information for visitors (the link
to "Homepage" and "Documentation" are broken).
I guess it would be sensible to link to the wiki page[1].
