[Dbconfig-common-devel] New Brach created

I've created a new branch named ORACLE, I think I've created correctly.
There, you could find the dh_make templates too under the examples
directory. I've released with this branch because it has support for
oracle, but feel free to add to main branch removing the oracle related
lines.
