[Dbconfig-common-devel] NOTICE: dbconfig-common is now in svn

hey folks,

just an fyi... i've moved the dbconfig-common repository over
to svn, as i'm getting tired of dealing with the idiosyncracies
of cvs.  i used the recommended procedure for doing so, and i believe
that all tags/branches should be preserved.  if anyone has
uncommitted changes, feel free to send me a diff (or the tarball
if that's easier) and i'll do the work to make sure it gets in
the right place :)

i'll leave the cvs repository as it is now after adding a big
fat warning notice to it, so that cvs diff will still work,
for a while to help with this.
