[Dbconfig-common-devel] Package fails to remove database on postgresql

It seems that this is the problem... the actual dbconfig-common doesn't
ask about the database access method (ident/password...) when we work
with postgres because the debconf template asking it has wrong priority.
 I'll work on this subject this weekend.
