i've put our latest SVN export on people (aswell as prebuilt packages,
for amd64):

 http://people.debian.org/~abi/zabbix/
 dget -x http://people.debian.org/~abi/zabbix/zabbix_1.1.2-2.dsc

the interesting part of the package are the ones about pgsql:

 debian/zabbix-server-pgsql.{config,postinst,postrm ..}
