I see it now, and I think this is a recent addition to dbconfig-common
because I don't recall seeing this before when low priority was set.

I think most of the confusion is due to folks finding the old
documentation as the first search engine hit. If it's possible to
liaise with Sean (and I haven't had any luck in the past), it might be
a good idea to either replace his old page with new documentation, or
have a header with a link.
