Done. Tests pass here with or without ISC_PASSWORD in the environment 
(regular driver tests are still skipped without ISC_PASSWORD, embedded 
driver tests succeed with or without it).

I am also eager to help with the coming CPAN releases. Can I get 
a co-maint on FBF::Firebird*? :)
