Here they are, with version 2.13.1:
$ LANG= man grep-dctrl | fgrep "apt|dpkg" | od -c

$ LANG=en_US.UTF8 man grep-dctrl | fgrep "apt|dpkg" | od
-c
0000000 % g r e p - s t

0000052
The output of the second command should exactly match that of the
first. The translated finnish manpage may be more correct than the
english original, if it exists.
