[Dctrl-tools-devel] Next dctrl-tools release

Hello,

My plan is to release a new dctrl-tools version to unstable
in about three weeks.  Here's a tentative schedule:

  March 11 - string freeze, branch creation
  March 23 - translations deadline
  March 25 - upload

Does that work for everybody?

I believe there have been some string changes.
