Ok. I've done the version bump to build scripts, and new packages are
available in http://deb-scipy.alioth.debian.org/apt/ . I didn't noticed
anything unusual but, if anybody else wants to take a look, the build log
is in http://deb-scipy.alioth.debian.org/misc/build.log.gz .

Is it Ok the 0.3.0+108.1820-1 => 0.3.2-1 version scheme change or do we
need to use 1:0.3.2-1?

BTW, I wrote a very simple project homepage with some handy links in
http://deb-scipy.alioth.debian.org/ but feel free to improve it any way
you want.
