I just noticed that python-scipy-0.3.2 is not source compatible with
python-scipy-core-0.3.0 so we need account that into build-depends.

BTW, can you upload the i386 binary too? The official Debian packagin is
already being advertised in http://www.scipy.org/download/ and we'll get
a lot of people asking if they can't find python-scipy there...
