That's what's described in
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=302598 but I included
the Andreas Jochens' path in python-scipy_0.3.2-7 so it shouldn't
happen... Perhaps the dpatch wasn't properly applied in your local
checkout?
